The double ball rubber joint is composed of two flanges and a double rubber ball.
The flange material is carbon steel, stainless steel, etc；
and the rubber material is natural rubber, EPDM rubber, NBR rubber, etc.

Application

Installation instructions
1.rubber soft joints in installation is strictly prohibited over displacement limit installation.
2.flat,suspended,vertical installation of rubber joints,supporting force of pipeline working pressure less than the axial displacement of the rubber joint,you should install anti pull off device,to prevent the work pressure.
3.the pipeline must have a fixed support or fixed bracket,the fixed bracket force must be greater than the axial force.Vertical installation and overhead installation products both ends need to install the corresponding fixed bracket and force support,to prevent the compression.
4.the installation bolts should be symmetrical,gradually tightened to prevent partial leakage.
